A former Special Operations Army Veteran, Troy carried the discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset from his military service into the construction industry. After serving, he spent five years as an independent insurance adjuster, chasing storms across the country and mastering the complex insurance and restoration process from the inside out.

That experience, combined with years of luxury custom home building, led to the founding of Raven Development & Roofing in 2022 — a company dedicated to precision craftsmanship and transparent, accountable project management.
